Everything was perfect. A special view from every corner of property, very nice and friendly owners and staff, generous and delicious breakfast. We liked our bright and nice decoration room with an additional sofa-bed and a well equipped kitchen. A lot of privacy.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Argyro and actually wished we could stay longer. The home is located in a quiet family village on a hillside. You will definitely need a car to explore the island. The house was exceptional and very clean and comfortable. There are amazing views from every room and the patio is the best treat of all. The hosts live below and are very helpful and responsive to whatever questions you might have. They even helped me book a small home close by last min for my parents to be near. They had snacks in the fridge along with beer and wine. It was a very enjoyable stay and we hope to come back on our next visit to Kefolonia.

Everything was amazing. The view, the house, and above all, the kindness of our host. First of all, this might be the best view in Lixouri/Kefalonia, waking up to see the amazing mountains by the sea is a delight for the eyes. The house is clean, calm, stylish, and very well equipped : microwave, oven, coffee machines...etc actually there is a Mokka, a filter coffee machine, and a Greek coffee pot, as well as free Greek coffee... So for a coffee lover as myself this was heaven. The host (Mr Litouris : sorry if mispronounced?) was one of the nicest people we met on the island, we were welcomed with a bottle of white wine and an Ouzzo liquor, and a basket of fresh fruits as well as fresh drinks, juice, soda, beers, bread.. I mean everything and more was there waiting for us in the house. And above all, he came every day to check on us and see if we weren't missing anything, and in the last day he brought us a small gift a Locally made Gelato... So I don't hesitate when I say that he was the nicest we had in Greece and maybe the nicest host we ever had period. If you want to reconnect with nature and with the kindness of Greek people, look no more because this is the place you're looking for. Walid & Oceane

So clean and tidy, the host had thought of everything! Coffee, coffee filters, sugar, utensils for cooking, everything! Even a well stocked first aid kit. The towels were so lovely and fluffy and we needed for nothing! Thank you

Our apartment with sea view (at the second floor) was large, clean, air conditioned, very functional with comfortable beds. Kitchenette is well equipped for preparing quick meals, there is a refrigerator with a freezer where you can cool water, drinks and food, also it has small oven. It was quiet at night because this area is not surrounded with restaurants and noisy bars. To reach the centre of Lixouri and central free parking by the port you will need 1-2 minutes by car (according to Theo, half a cigarette). Depending on which beach you want to visit, from the apartment you will be about 10-15 minutes away by car. 3 important things to note: 1) the wifi strength was great and internet worked without problems in whole apartment but also in the yard, 2) there was always a hot water for showering when we returned from the beach, 3) there is a parking place in the shade in the yard. Theo - the host and owner, is very helpful and friendly person, he gave us maps of the island, useful suggestions and infos about the Paliki peninsula and whole Kefalonia, including beautiful beaches we shouldn't miss but also good restaurants to visit. We were greeted by a small gesture of kindness from Theo, a bottle of wine and another bottle of cold water in a refrigerator. Thanks for everything! We have had an excellent accommodation and we definitely recommend everyone to stay at Theo's Kolona apartments!
