We stayed one night at Penny Luxury Apartments and we loved everything about it.
The place is very close to the beautiful Lemonakia beach and Downtown Kokkari. But what we loved the most was Dimitris’ hospitality. He was so devoted and kind, which made our stay truly unique and pleasant. The room was super clean and we loved the pool too. We will come back for sure!

The apartment is in the centre of Kokkari , you can not find a better place. The only disadvantage is they have one double bed, if you go with friends, there is no possibility to sleep seperate :) and also the room is quite small.
But overall I can really recommend.

Our host greeted us warmly with homemade scones and a complimentary bottle of wine. The house was impeccably clean and had a delightful fragrance. We have never been more pleased with any place we have stayed. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, and Ms. Eleni was an incredibly kind person.
There was a technical issue with the air conditioners, and despite it being a Sunday, they spent four hours trying to resolve it. We were thoroughly satisfied with everything. The décor of the house and the comfort of the rooms were also exceptional. This is definitely a place we would love to return to.

Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a great sea view. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very friendly staff. The owner was very helpfull. There is a parking space so we did not have any trouble after coming back to the hotel.

We stayed three nights. Ioannis and Nikki are great hosts. The view is magnificent, rooms are very clean and looks nice. Swimming pool is great. The place is closw to Samos town however renting a car is needed to go to the beaches and other places, like in elswhere in the island. The place is 10 min away to Kokkari beach and 20 min to psili amos which are lovely. Overall our stay was peaceful and wery nice. Thanks.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The room was exceptionally clean, and communicating with Niko and his family was effortless. They are genuinely kind people. The location is also excellent, just a short 3-4 minute walk to the restaurants and the beach in Kokkari.
Apartments are very close to Tarsanas beach and walking dlstance to many restaurants and small markets. It has a parking place. The rooms have all kitchen equipment. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly. We hired a car and visited different beaches everyday. We prepared our own breakfast at apartment. Me and my family loved the place.
The house was very clean. The owner was very funny. The house had everything. Kitchenware, cabinets, stove, washing machine... The view of the house was very nice. There was air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. There was a beach right across the house. The house is just from the beach. It was 100 meters away. It is a very, very beautiful house. We were very pleased.

The location was close to the center of Kokkari. The room was clean, and the host was very attentive. Since we went with a child, having a part of the room that opened to the garden was an advantage.There were kitchen utensils, so we could easily have breakfast at the hotel with the breakfast items we bought from the market. There are a lot of mosquitoes.
We were travelling with a group of family members. They upgraded all our rooms at no extra cost. My husband was celebrating an early birthday . The breakfast had a good selection and suited our taste perfectly. Ample parking. Pool was enjoyed by the young adults. Staff very helpful .
We went there with our (small) dog. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The place is not far from "civilisation" but very quiet, and no less than three restaurants of varying style and budget were available in the next 50m! The overall atmosphere was very family like. The view from our room was exquisite. Overall we were extremely happy with this choice and will definitely return!
the facilities and the staff are very good and child/family friendly. It is not quite easy to reach the beach location though, you need to hike under the sun:) the furnitures and bath equipments are old but fair. Good place for families.
