This was our second stay here; our first trip was midweek in a much more spacious room. This time we struggled with the tiny lift and really small room. But we could have coped if it wasn’t for the noise from the road; kept us awake to 4am then woken at 6am with a fight outside. We have recommended this venue as a great stop over arriving in Kalamata but we would not stay here at the weekend again.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped studio with a balcony on the third and top floor of a small block of flats.
Very easy to find parking in the area and there are also several amenities close by (super market and coffee shops where you can also grab something to eat for breakfast).
The host was also always very responsive via Booking.com messaging and was also very flexible on a particular request we had.

It had a lovely balcony which we sat and ate dinner on most nights. The facilities were great as we self catered most of our stay. It was really clean and well looked after and had a lovely homely feel to it.

I liked the pool and the amenities. Very nice spot to stay for a decent price. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions or problems. He also gave some nice tips over places where to eat.
