The staff were excellent . Breakfast was fantastic with amazing views. The walk into town was very pleasant once we discovered the road opposite this had better footpaths . Renovated old apartments in a very convenient location situation about ten mins walk from the old city and just down the road from the beach. The reception staff were general friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the showers were really nice.

The breakfast was excellent with some many different choices to choose from. Tasty breads, eggs in different ways and other cooked breakfast goodies, yummy cakes, fruits. You could ask for special coffees and frappes at breakfast without extra charge. The staff was so friendly and helpful and always smiling, they all made you feel really welcome. The rooms and communal areas were very clean. There was always space by the pool, and it was good that throughout the day there always are sunny and also shady areas by the pool. Pool towels were free of charge and for a beach towel you pay 2 euros. Great location a minute walk from the beach promenade with shops and restaurants and 15-20 minute walk to Rethymnon old town. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
