It was a wonderful 6 day stay. We were greeted by Mochi, the owner's mom who had just finished cleaning the house. She was extremely warm, friendly and she made us feel very welcome. We needed a few items for our stay and she lent them to us immediately. The house is wonderful, in a very quiet street where a car passes every 2 hours but only 300 meters from the town center. They could only be heard: cicadas, crickets in the evening and the rooster in the morning. Nothing else. All around a scent of pines and aromatic herbs. The house is large, for 4 people but we were only 2. There is a very comfortable kitchen, a very bright living room where we spent some nice evenings reading, 2 bedrooms and a very comfortable bathroom. The bedroom at the back of the house, which we used, has wonderful views over the countryside and hills behind the house. The highlight is certainly the wonderful terrace, with a beautiful, solid wooden table, huge, solid and comfortable wooden chairs. We had lunch, dinner, breakfast and spent a lot of time outside on the terrace and it was wonderful. It was very hot and, when necessary, we turned on the air conditioning a little, which worked well. For the rest we preferred to hear the sounds of nature, while we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a beautiful view of the pine forest opposite. The town of Marta is enchanting because it is very small but very lively. The small square with the huge trees also allows you to enjoy a little social life by eating excellent food or using the bar or bakery. Karya is on a hill, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the island, not crowded at all. Everything more than perfect. È stato un soggiorno di 6 giorni meraviglioso. Dora's holiday home is located in the middle of the island, in a nice little village, so all directions are equally and easily accessible. The house is practically like what we would have built for ourselves according to our own needs and style, based on high-quality expectations. Every corner is distinctive, stylish, and full of life. She paid attention to the practicality of the equipment, there is everything we could need for a comfortable holiday: distinguishable colored towels, pleasant shower baths, kitchen utensils, and basic spices, etc. We were spoiled. Dora was waiting for us on the first day with a fresh, homemade cake, and then during our stay there, she surprised us several times with some delicacy. Every evening she asked if we had a good day and if we needed anything, she always helped us figure out where and when we should go. The children and we liked our stay there very much, we recommend it to everyone and we are sure that we will return again.

The house is very peaceful, stunning views, nice pool, bbq. We made good use of the house. The owners are very lovely people. Helped arrange wine tastings, arranged a mini bus to airport. 5 star service. Very hospitable, gave us some homemade 🍷 wine. We loved our stay so much, we would book and stay for a week, alas we were passing through sailing. The village is very pretty. Has everything you need. Tavernas in the square are all excellent. Owners couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend!

It's the perfect place for staying. Excellent apartment, with all that you possibly want to have in your own house. Very clean, two bathrooms, 3 rooms for 2 people each, big living room. Excellent place to have a very pleasant vacation with friends or with your extended family.

Location was good. It was in a village on top of the mountain with beautiful view. Of course to go to beach we had to do it by car but worth it. Very clean and nice host. Definitely would go again.
