Fantastic a def 10/10 , staff where friendly approachable and knowledgeable. Spotlessly clean and food at all 6 restaurants was remarkable. Room was dpuble size to what you would normally get with everyday housekeeping. Entertainment everynight somewhere on the resort catering for all age groups.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel! The staff truly made our experience memorable, especially the hotel manager, who was always available and quick to assist us with any issues. Their kindness and attentiveness were evident across all areas—from the reception to the restaurants and breakfast. We couldn’t get a late check out because the property was fully booked but we were invited for a lunch on our last day! We found it really nice and attentive, we were so glad about it.
The property itself is beautifully maintained, and we loved the wide variety of delicious options at breakfast each morning. The beach was a highlight, with its soft sand and clear water, making it the perfect spot to relax. Overall, we had an amazing time. We would recommend the hotel more for families because there really are a lot of children around and there are no adults only parts.
We also got a little goodbye present with olive oil and honey from Crete, it was so kind!
The activities in the hotel are simply amazing! We took part in a 2h pottery class with a local potter, we loved it so much. They offer really cool stuff, such as yoga, cooking class, vegetable planting etc.
We had a great time in the spa (golden body treatment) and Ioana had magic hands! My skin was so soft and all the tension went away after the massage.

Lambros is very warm, friendly, communicative. He showed everything in detail and told what is worth see in the area. He has great energy!
The room we booked fully met our expectations, there was everything what we needed.
Terrace is large and the view from the terrace to the Palm Beach Club and the sea is amazing!
Palm Beach is great during the day but also at night.
Great atmosphere, beautiful modern decor, very well-kept place, delicious drinks.

We had a surprise upgrade on our stay and we were accommodated on Lyttos Mare. Everything was amazing, could not ask for more. Everyone was super nice, but there are a few who stood out to me. The animators. Specially, João, Ben, Eva, Laniel, Becca and Luis who improved our stay a lot! Had a really good surprise with the magic show.
We had high hopes but they Lyttos managed to go beyond that!

The villa was spacious, private and super clean. If your looking for modern the villa is not for you as it’s classic Greece with a real quirky style, we loved it. For modern try one of there brand new apartments over looking the pool. The family who own it were wonderful and so accommodating and the food was delightful
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
In one of Heraklion's cafes we saw a sentece "Home is not a place, it's a feeling". And it nicely describes our time here: it felt like at home, but better - on vacation, near the sea side, with a perfect weather:-) And the hosts are such friendly people, we hope to meet them again:-)
It is a small hotel and a family business. I traveled out of season and have to say that it was very quiet. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Everything is new and very clean. However, you should bear in mind that there is no breakfast on site. However, there are several supermarkets in the town itself. So you can organize yourself😊
Fantastic little private oasis a few minutes walk from the water. Quiet area, sleeps comfortably, functional, exceptionally clean, easy parking, hosts incredibly helpful and friendly. Was a perfect spot for heading to day trips across the island with our rented car.
Amazing! The hotel is gorgeous!! We upgraded our room whilst we were there and both of the rooms were clean, well designed, modern and had everything we needed(and more!). The family who own the hotel are so friendly, they were so helpful to us and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. The staff was so caring and friendly, Nikos even drove us to certain bus stations to make sure we would find them. We also got recommendations to visit certain areas near by and we were delighted. The family of the owners of the hotel also own a restaurant down the road which we found out about and they were always so happy to see us and cater for us. We almost felt part of the family! Such special memories.
Nice and quiet place, with all facilities we need. Ideal for families. The hosts are very nice people. They brought us fresh fruits and let us at arriving water, coffee, bread and fruits.
The house is comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Located in a quiet area, very close to the beach. The beach is clean, ideal for families, even with small children. Free sunbeds. Local taverns and cafes nearby. The owner of the house George very nice and helpful. The proximity to the beach and the airport is definitely a plus. I recommend to everyone.

The place, in a peaceful residence, is really nice, very clean and the 3 bedrooms are comfortable.
We appreciated being in a quiet neighborhood but not far from Heraklion (20 min by car). And we loved being so close to a nice sandy family beach (only 5 min walk)!
The self check-in system is very useful. The hosts were available and friendly.
