Good location, close to Gennadi AND Kiotari. Very peaceful (apart from the cockerel next door!) Sunbeds are great, kitchen had everything (except scissors?), wifi good in the house but weak at the pool, lovely swimming pool, views of the sea from bottom of garden and balcony. Bed was really comfortable. Comms on how to find villa excellent.

Great location, superb views, very clean villa & it has all the facilities you would want. It was everything we needed as a group of water sports lovers as it’s straight onto the beach and the outside shower is a big bonus. Great bar nearby, Gennadi is a lovely village just 15 mins walk away with plenty of nice restaurants. The hosts were fantastic from booking to departure, great communication and helped with many things and went above and beyond in looking after us.
A truly fabulous holiday and we’ll definitely be going back.

All..We're a pretty demanding family. Now we were 2 families. From the beginning the owner helped us with everything you can imagine and still cooked us a great dinner for 10 people. What more could you ask for? Great

The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The beach is close, also there are a lot of good taverns in 500-700 meters. The host is very kind and helpful. It was a perfect accommodation for a family with kids.

Fabulous quiet apartments for family chill. You get everything you need including even tabs for dish washer and liquid for washing machine. Fully equiped kitchen with huge dining table, free juice, beer and water in the fridge. Living room with free Netflix, huge terrace with sunbeds and outdoor table. Superb air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets on all the windows and doors. Very friendly owner Tsampika, gave us late check out for free. Recommended for families with children.
