I don't have enough words to describe the holiday we just had. The house is located in an idyllic place, a few steps away from the sea, in a bay that offers exclusivity. The whole place (the house, the beach, the bay, the lush garden) was exclusively ours for the entire period. The inside is spotless and equipped with everything you need. Maria is a wonderful host who was just a call away when need it. It will be difficult if not impossible to find something similar for our next vacation, therefore we will book again for next year.

Amazing view of the sea and the sorroundings. Excellent value for money. The property was very spacious, very clean, with all necessary items in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Each room had its own balcony. Elina is one of the best host that we have met: friendly, polite, and always ready to help us. Exquisite modern apartment with phantastic view and direct access to the sea. Tastefully furnished by owner who is doing her utmost to make you feel comfortable and happy. Swimming pool, plenty of deckchairs and sunshades to enjoy your days outdoors. Daily cleaning, fresh towel and nespresso capsules. Highly recommended.

Great apartment. There is no such light atmosphere in Greece, in private accommodation. Right on the coast in Nikiana, with a private beach and natural shade. The location is very good, for visiting the island. In the vicinity of about 2 km, a couple of restaurants, bakeries and fast food. The capital city of Lefkada is a ten minute drive away. Apartments equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Large terraces with sea view. Peace and complete comfort. Safe parking next to the building, in the shade. Dear and hardworking hosts. We will always come back.

Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, few steps from the sea, full of trees and plants, well maintained. We booked the apartment four our vacation and it was the best choice, very comfortable, lot of space, kitchen equipped with all you need, very beautiful terrace. Special thanks to the owners Grammatoula and Dimitris who was like parents for us and took care to have everything we need and helped us to organize the tour of island. We'll come back for sure!

Villa Spitaki is a spacious and very well equipped holiday home. There are beautiful sea views from the garden, terrace and front bedrooms. There is direct access to the sea from the garden and a small shingle beach for sunbathing. There is also plenty of room for sunbathing in the large well kept garden which is very private. The Villa has the benefit of effective air conditioning and mosquito screens on all the windows. It also has two modern shower rooms, one of which is on the ground floor. There is a great bakery just across the road and plenty of tavernas, shops and supermarkets within a short drive.

Everything was as it was promoted on booking. Everything like in pictures. Very clean, everything is new in the villa, lot of space and light. Everything for day to day needs of a family is there. The garden is beautiful and is regularly maintained, you can relax on it day or night. Very quiet neighborhood. Beach is almost across the street. Nektaria is a dear dear lady and always at your service. We had a great time and felt like we were part of the neighborhood for a long time. Next time we visit Lefkada we will stay here again.
