The staff were excellent . Breakfast was fantastic with amazing views. The walk into town was very pleasant once we discovered the road opposite this had better footpaths . Casa Leone is a Cretan house full of charm and history! The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped (great espresso machine by the way), the two living rooms are very comfortable with plenty of sofas. The best area of the house is the inner courtyard with the private plunge pool, where you can relax or enjoy your dinner under the starry sky! Also, very convenient location: super market, bakery and various restaurants are all within a couple of minutes walk. Will certainly be back with the whole family!
It was a fantastic stay at this Villa. The villa is beautiful, and has all the facilities you need. There are 3 bathrooms which makes it very comfortable. The host George and his family are very friendly, hospitable and very approachable. They made for us a borek and a cake, so lovely and delicious. The swimming pool was very clean and the garden was super comfortable to stay. The house was fully cleaned once during our stay, with clean towels and sheets.
This is a stunning location and the tree house was just amazing, something really different and fun/interesting. Wonderfully quiet and relaxing, watching and listening to the birds while eating breakfast on the balcony was a real treat. The house was really comfortable and clean, with good facilities. we received a lovely welcome after a tricky time finding the house, and our host went over and above to help us get there - thank you!
The location was perfect. Close to Rethymno, close to super market (walking distance). Very good to explore south coast.
Host and his mother were very nice and gave a lot of tips to explore. We were there with our 10 month old baby (everything was provided, baby bed and chair).
Everything was perfect. Very clean, spacious, big yard, breathtaking view, like in the pictures...very welcoming place and feeling of "home", strong vibe of vacation. But above all, Mrs Katerina🌹🥰, the kindest soul,
waiting for us in the middle of the night with food and deserts. Plus with the full fridge, like a mother waiting for her kids. Thank you so much, Mrs Katerina for this wonderful days. We will be back for sure!
The location is great with only a 5 minute walk to the old Venitian town. We had all 4 villas booked out and enjoyed the common areas as a group. The grounds themselves are very well kept with their own gated street. The villas were beautiful and very comfortable.
I would definitely recommend it for big family groups with kids.

The villa was beautifully decorated with everything you could need. We loved the pool area which was great for our family of 7. George & his family were always on hand if you needed anything & giving advice on the area.
We booked 2 rooms since we are a family of 4. They were very clean and so nicely decorated! Breakfast was also marvellous, with fresh orange juice and a big fruit salad with a grand variety of summer fruits all cut into small pieces, ready to eat! Other staff as well, for all tastes. Linda and her family are very kind, hospitable and ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!
