We loved everything!
The studio was really nice, basic but big, comfy and clean (I think the cleaning lady comes everyday or every two days) and our terrace had some beautiful bougainvillea in full bloom too! Our studio was well equipped, there was also a really appreciated Nespresso machine for coffee and a kettle. We found a fresh bootle of water in the fridge waiting for us after a long trip, which also was really appreciated!
The location is very calm, not far from the sea and several rocky (but beautiful) beaches. There are also a couple of tavernas which were super close to the building and a minimarket managed by the owner of the studios (guests of studios Nina have a 10% of discount on the final bill of the minimarket!).
Let's talk about the owner... Eleftherios is one of the kindest person we have ever met!! He is always smiling and ready to help, he helped us renting a car and for the transport from and to the airport too. He gave us suggestions (and candies!) and he was always happy to exchange some words.
He is the real added value to the place and he is one of the reasons why we loved our stay, he made us feel right at home.
We would love to come back to Karpathos, which is an incredibly beautiful island, and we already know we would come back to Studios Nina.

Wonderful little studios by the sea (no swimming) with comfortable beds and a very nice host who helped us get a car even though all of his were occupied. The area is very calm and within walking distance to the center of Arkasa.

Great hosts who gave us some excellent tips about enjoying the surrounding area. They were also incredibly accommodating of our needs. The facilities were top notch and very comfortable with plenty of space. Well designed and welll appointed .Beautiful views from both levels. The top balcony is a great place to witness the sunset. Short walk to a lovely beach and Alona provided us with some reallly decent beach towels to enjoy the experience.

Stunning modern villa with floor to ceiling windows out to the sea. Very clean- beautiful pool. The location is amazing and you get so much privacy in this popular tourist spot. The beaches are incredible- sandy white and shallow perfect for spending the day in. The host was excellent- very kind and responsive- she greeted us with treats from her family in the fridge. I would come back here in a heartbeat- it was the perfect 5 year anniversary trip for my husband and I!

Especially for a family with a small baby the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The apartments location is 5 minutes walk by two of the best beaches in the island and has many restaurants in close distance.
The warm hospitality. the beauty of the design. Maria. the owner and the manager is an artist and her touch is present at every corner of the place. She was also very helpful for advice concerning places to go ans things to do. All staff members are family members. and they do their best to make you feel at home. If we ever come back to Karpathos it will be definitely to this hotel.
Maria makes your stay exceptional with her personality. She was very loving with our children, gave them home baked cookies and even taught them how to milk the goats! We will be back
