It offers spacious studios and villas, all with beautiful views and kitchen facilities. The studios are located at sea level and the villas a little higher. The property is accessed via a private road which ends at its free parking. The parking is located next to the villas and the reception. In order to reach the studios, which are almost next to the beach of the bay, the guests have to walk a stone-made path with some steps that connect them with the parking.

The hotel is located in very quiet location with marvelous view to Peristera island. Excellent breakfast (additional price) - just go upstairs and choose whatever you want to have. The staff is superb - very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We chose to stay in two rooms with a large conjoined balcony and highly recommend you to do the same. We would love to visit the place again! The stairway of the hotel lead almost directly to the small port of Kalamakia, where you can find 4 tavernas offering excellent fresh fish (and other choices of food, of course). GSM coverage may be very weak or absent in some of the rooms. The WIFI was with excellent coverage and speed, faster and more stable than all of the places we've visited on Sporades this year.
