Great location and very clean room. I was working some of the time and the Wi-Fi was great when I needed it. Handy for anyone who needs to work remotely. Batumi is a wonderful place to visit for nice walks, sunshine and beaches. I was very pleasantly surprised. I came to Batumi after a travelling around Georgia and Armenia it was a lovely way to relax at the end of my trip.

Beautiful view! A bit difficult to find. Don't take a Bolt to get there, make sure you use Yandex. Helpful and flexible staff who very kindly let us check out late because the weather was terrible when we stayed and we had a train in the evening so nowhere to go. Very kind of them and this was really appreciated. Note only Russian is spoken here.

They changed us to the family room in the main building. Big room with terrace and sitting room with enough sofa and chairs. Comfort hot water shower. I think they did the renovation.

Actually - all:) good location (close to both the sea and old town, many cafes/shops around; staff is friendly and helps with all (arranged heating once we mentioned it was cold, helped to arrange a birthday congrats to my friend and presented a small bottle of wine:), umbrella is available at rain:) online support is also quick and good. Room is clean, all new; room is not big but was ok for us, has all the necessary - comfy bed, tv, safe, fridge, water, washing set, towels; cleaning is everyday; good tasty breakfast with a choice of things; nice terrace to have coffee/wine :)

The swimming pool and trampoline are perfect for the kids, they enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended.
Lovely family business. Breakfast is quite good. The lady(Kati) in the kitchen, cooks nice food, funny and helpful. With her brothers they're doing well. We're going to choose this hotel for further Batumi trips.

Everything was perfect, the morning view, sunrise, green mountains, privacy, private car parking, it was fun and enjoyable and relaxing, the family are very kind and sweet very helpful with every question we had. I highly recommend it.
Appartement was perfect for big family (3 adults, 2 kids). Big flat, very clean, a lot of space for children. Comfortable beds. Location is also very good: 20 minutes by walk to Europe Square. A lot of shops and restaurants near flat. Very friendly owners! Thank you very much!
The apartment is in a good location, next to the beach. It was clean and well equipped with everything. A lovely cafe is in this building - "Black cafe" - very affordable and suitable food, especially for families with kids.
