Great staff very accommodating and pets friendly - nice clean well kept hotel - rooms were small but nice enough only issue was 'plumbing noises' early mornings - breakfast and dinner were good. Location is between Windermere and Bowness (10 min walk) and approach access to the hotel is steep but level once in car park

The whole experience from booking with yourselves, to leaving the establishment was flawless. The location was ideal for us, however might not be for people with mobility issues, as Bowness is about 3/4 miles away, plus Windermere is 1/4 mile away. Great value for money and I would absolutely return. The staff also made an occasion of our anniversary with a lovely decoration in the room. The use of the spa was also much appreciated.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We used the accommodation for a girls weekend away to celebrate our friend 40th. The apartment is situated in a very quiet easy to reach location, it was extremely clean, all the facilities as described and very spacious with outdoor area looking onto a leafy green communal garden.
It was absolutely amazing, there was parking for two cars, it felt like a home from home and we are looking to book again in the future. Great value for money in particular for families but not only.

Very clean, modern and comfortable, bedding for 5 easily and 3 children’s beds in one room make it very flexible. Good sedation of appliances and devices, made the stay with a young family incl. 9 month old very easy, close parking and easy access.
The staff are very helpful, the pod was lively and clean. Everything you need for a nice family holiday. Ideally located to visit lots of places and lots to do.
Really exciting to find a pod for a family of 5! Nice, warm, clean and simple. A great way to “camp” without bringing so much stuff. We will be back again soon.
The pod was lovely & clean & warm, it could maybe do with a little folding table, so we could play games as we didn't fancy going to the separate games/ family room, & a mat inside the door as the outside mat was soaking wet. The toilets were lovely & warm & the shower was fab. The lighting to & from the toilet blocks was great too.
Property was exactly what we needed with 3 small children. Spacious, very clean, great location, they had thought of everything.. smooth stay . Would definitely stay again.
