The room was very big and perfect for our family with two toddlers. We were fortunate enough to use the pod for our dinner in the garden which was a great experience and very cosy. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating.

Room was basic but good. It was all the things that matter that made it a joy to stay. Comfy bed, Hot high pressure shower, warm fluffy soft towels and a wonderful Pub/Restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was an unexpected bonus.

Fiona was very helpful from the start, replying to my messages quickly. Lovely room complete with a fridge, microwave, iron, mini safe kettle and hot beverages. The bed was sooooooo comfy. All very clean. Being able to Self check in was great too. Definitely would recommend.

Everything & everyone was excellent! The hotel was awesome, the food was fresh & unique. Tracy at the front desk was so welcoming & Sophia in the restaurant was so friendly & gave us helpful advise about traveling through Heathrow. Lovely place to stay whilst I was in the area. Lot's to do for me and my two young kids in the local area. Really clean place, kitchen well stocked for cooking etc and I will definitely be back.
