We received a warm welcome and lots of support as my daughter had just been placed on thyroxine and was struggling for energy. We had her 6 month old baby daughter with us. I was very pleased with the support of the staff throughout the stay, as my daughter visited Cheltenham A & E on 2 occasions, the latter when we were due to be out of our room.

Stayed here as we were attending a funeral nearby. We only stayed for 1 night but room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a lovely evening meal in the bar but we didn’t have breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful throughout our brief stay.

This was most disappointing as the hotel was effectively closed and certainly not what we had booked. We were not informed about the fact it had been taken over, had we been we would have cancelled as we certainly did not get the experience we paid for and had last year when we stayed. Will be writing a complaint and would expect a partial refund.

This place was Perfect - we live in Dubai and had a Summer planned all over the UK so this was a perfect two day - decompression before the fun began! Super easy to get key - we had a little prosecco each ( me and hubbie) waiting in the fridge and all the info to hand - super cute, quaint and being from Dubai the weather was AMAZING so we had fish and chips and drank wine in the mini garden. Super lovely neighbours too and the pub next door is great food also. WIN WIN!
