Church Farm B&B Suffolk, hotel in Whepstead

Situated in Bradfield Combust , 9 km from Bury Saint Edmunds, Church Farm B&B Suffolk features a garden and free WiFi.

Church Farm did not disappoint. It's been beautifully decorated with lovely little touches like the radio, hamper basket, bathroom, etc. The owner, who was very accommodating, greeted me on arrival and explained a few things to me. She kindly offered breakfast for the following day, but due to me having a very early start, I said I didn't expect anything. She brang me fresh, own grown strawberries, blueberries, and cereal with some yoghurt to ensure I had something. I thought that was lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend a meal at the Manger pub just a short walk away. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly too.

Well Cottage Country Accommodation, hotel in Whepstead

Featuring a fitness centre and views of garden, Well Cottage Country Accommodation is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Brockley Green, 12 km from Ickworth House.

Rachel was warm and welcoming and made us feel very much at home. The room was light and inviting with a lovely comfy bed, fridge, tv, kettle and lots of extras - mini toothbrushes and toothpaste, face mask, eye masks etc. The bathroom had a spacious and powerful shower and bathrobes and slippers were provided. The breakfast room was bright and clean with a good view of the large and well established garden. There was a good selection of cereals, fruit and yogurt, juice, pastries, fresh bread, eggs, tea and coffee. The range of preserves was amazing and we enjoyed different ones each day. This was a lovely, clean and homely property and we will definitely see if there is a room available when we are in the area again. Lovely hosts and Ragnar the dog is adorable.

The feel of the place. The staff. The beer being made there! Beer was great and they served good pub grub. The trivia quiz going on was fun to witness.

Loved everything! From the moment we booked Rebecca was very helpful and the whole experience was so smooth. Everything was perfect when we arrived, all the little touches made us feel very welcome. I have not slept so well in a long time! We have already recommended The Red Shed, aka a grown up Wendy house 😁😁, to all our friends and family!
