Debbie and the family were so hospitable, and the food was great. The High Tea was outstanding and they even packed up my left overseas to nibble on for the rest of the after noon. Quiet...I slept really well!

We stayed in the loft room as we're a family with young children. Sarah was very welcoming and accomodating. She gave us loads of recommendations of places to eat. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Nice outside space for the kids to stretch their legs.

The staff/owner managers are adroit in delivering a comfortable, friendly and welcoming hotel. The breakfast is excellent, very stylish, our supper was a bit more ordinary. It is fantastic to be able to stay in the heart of this magnificent micro city. Lots of children which seemed to indicate that this was an outstanding family hotel.
