The cottage was delightful with its own character. It had everything we needed. The shower room was perfect with an amazing shower. Pretty little garden to sit in just outside your room. Breakfast was lovely made to order by Julie. Just what you need to set you off for a busy day exploring the local area. Set in a quiet area with a local bus stop just outside, where you can catch the local bus into Wells and Bath. Julie and David are such a lovely couple, very hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. Helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Had a lovely 3 night stay, and was sad to leave.

Beautiful scenery! Short ride to Wells, also Glastonbury is close by, we also went on a day trip to Bath and would have stayed longer, if it had been possible.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Family friendly layout and staff.
Good choices for breakfast with room for families.
nice quiet location .
Children really loved their day at Wookey Hole -despite the weather- lots to do.
We stayed in the loft room as we're a family with young children. Sarah was very welcoming and accomodating. She gave us loads of recommendations of places to eat. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Nice outside space for the kids to stretch their legs.
Everything was very homely and cosy. Large shower, kids loved the temperature of the water and had fun showering together for a change!
Breakfast was delicious and staff made sure we had everything we needed. Pub meal was tasty and suitable for families. Staff were knowledgeable of the area and gave handy tips on sight seeing locally. Would stay again. A good central location.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. I am so happy to have discovered this place. Family friendly. We will definitely come back. Beautiful walks around and we will be visiting the resort and caves this weekend which we are looking forward to. The team is supportive and patient, especially with children. Thank you!
