Easy parking, lovely facilities Very clean, the provision of tea/coffee & biscuits a lovely touch, really pleasant stay. Helpful and responsive hosts answered my questions promptly. Nice to have doors opening out to a view of the garden, helped it feel nice and cool. The fans in the bedroom were a godsend in the heat.

The accommodation was very pleasant, quiet location, excellent accessibility and parking. Dealing with the owner was always fair and prompt. The owner is helpful and will advise on everything in a short time. We definitely recommend both for families with children and for couples. The equipment is completely adequate and corresponds to the description. The apartment is modernly furnished in pleasant colors and provides maximum comfort.

Well placed for Watford Junction for regular connections to London Euston and the shuttle buses for the Harry Potter Studio Tour, both of which we made good use of during our stay. Room was clean, with the sofabed in use it was slightly small for a family of four - but as a base to sleep it was fine. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to keep adults and kids satisfied.

The two-bedroom apartment is in close to new condition, very comfortable to live within. There are plenty shops and restaurants along the nearby Watford high street as well. Moreover, the huge Cassio Park (3 minutes away) is a huge plus to satisfy our daily exercise, leisure walks and kids' pastime at sizeable and fun-activities playground. We really enjoyed our time at the property. Oh, one more important point to mention, the host Sandra was very responsive to our queries, which made our stay more enjoyable.

lWe went to Harry's House as a family of 4. My kids were over the moon with this place and extremely sad to leave. This place was just a perfect continuation after their Harry Potter World experience. I would recommend it to any Harry Potter fun! The owners were extremely nice and left us a Birthday cake and milk for check in. We definitely will be back!

We were taking our daughter and granddaughter to the Harry Potter studio tour, so stayed just for one night. We loved the themed rooms, great fun. Games, DVD’s and books all provided. Everything was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable. We didn’t eat out because we wanted to enjoy the apartment and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare simple meals. The area is quiet and a very short drive to the studios.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent location for Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studios. Great that family room was available for booking. The pool was good fun and jacuzzi relaxing after a long drive. It was quite quiet as well despite being so close to airport and motorway. Food we ordered at bar was good and reasonably priced for London. Free parking was a bonus.
