The location & view was spectacular!The staff were very helpful & friendly & the music night really added a bit of magic to our stay. I LOVED the peaty soft bath water I think ye should include this in your marketing plan I recently paid 20 euro for a box of dried seaweed to add to my bath in a hotel West of Ireland! & the peaty soft water in Dundonnell was so much nicer & FREE!!!TOP MARKS TO EVERYTHING AT Dundonnell! We look forward to returning next spring on our next roadtrip in the highlands.Breakfast was lovely & freshly cooked

    Newly refurbished room. The family room was spacious enough for 4 adults (my sons are college going). Good facilities and comfy beds. The view over the loch from the terrace was breathtaking.

    We liked the feel of it - really welcoming atmosphere & very attentive staff. Position of the hotel was super - great views of the water. We booked an upgrade room and it was perfect. We also had another room - a double for our daughter, and this also was perfect. After initial mix up with our booking, the staff did everything they could to sort it out - nothing was a problem to them. We found this very reassuring and certainly cannot thank them enough for what they did. The hotel had an air of being a truly family-run hotel.

    We had such a fantastic stay in Ullapool, a gorgeous place. We booked our stay as a last-minute decision on our trip around the west coast, and it was delightful. We had a huge family room, and the beds were so comfortable. Gorgeous breakfast. Our host was so friendly and very helpful and gave us some brilliant tips for the next part of our road trip. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

    Fantastic location, centre of the town. Easy parking on the street sat and sun. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Great communal areas. Warm not stuffy rooms and a drying room! Comfortable beds. Family of 5 in a family room, bunk beds worked really well, made for a fun experience. First time as a family in a YH, loved it! Exceptional value for money.

    A friendly welcome, very accommodating with good communication prior to arrival for family group arrangements. Clean with all you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely with good variety & tolerant of the mess my kids made! It was our 2nd stay here & hopefully not our last.
