The property was very clean and has everything you need. It is very close to cribbs causeway. It has a very convenient car park space within the property, which is a nice extra.
This historic Gothic mansion sits in tranquil parkland on the Cotswold Edge, beside the Severn Valley and close to Bristol. It offers fine dining, a leisure club, and spacious, traditional rooms.

When we arrived a dog bed and bowl was not in the room as promised. The room itself smelt of mould with a considerable amount of mould in the bathroom. The wardrobe door didn't shut, curtains were not hung correctly and there was a large mark on the side table. The room was generally shabby.
This historic inn offers great accommodation, excellent food, fine wines and real ales. The rooms and bathrooms at Bowl Inn have recently been refurbished, and all feature a Freeview TV.

The room itself was fine and a very large bed is always welcome but unfortunately the bed was too big for the room. A bed of a size smaller would have improved the room.
Dinner in the evening was very good.

The rooms are so comfortable, shower is amazing. Nice and quiet. Apart from the odd door banging from other guests. The guys in the Black Sheep were so friendly. Remembered it was my birthday after only saying it once and he gave me a birthday cake on him x x lovely place. Didnt want to leave

Lovely scenic & quiet location with fantastic park for children 5 minute walk away as well as a country pub serving food and community shop. Extremely pretty location. I would highly recommend staying here.
The buffet breakfast choice was excellent and plenty available. Lovely fluffy towels. Warm room and bathroom. Hot water on demand. Excellent meals in bar and function room. Quiet room with excellent view.
There are no words to describe the experience. Rooms are excellent, service fantastic, area beautiful, food great. Price reflects the level of luxury but is worth it. We went with a 9 year old, and we had an absolutely great time.
The landlady was very gracious enough to refund the remaining nights in full once we had agreed that the room had been incorrectly advertised by Booking.com.
Stunning hotel beautiful room impeccable service staff we're all first class special mention to John who went out of his way and gave up this time I'm to take us around the Castle and got our children engaged in history first class service well done all
We came here for our honeymoon in 2005 and returned with our children for one night in 2022. the place is as beautiful as we remember. Very special place indeed.
The breakfast was excellent. Service quick and efficient. Their three rooms are in a separate annex at the top of the building, perfect for family or groups, giving guests privacy and quiet from the busy pub functions on the ground floor.
