Duck Pond Cottage was warm and comfortable with modern appliances. Extremely clean and well presented. The underfloor heating was an absolute treat especially in the bathroom.

The cottage is in a lovely location, our six year old bouncy Boxer enjoyed the free run of the extensive garden and surrounding fields, very quiet location which was what we were looking for, looking forward to going back at some point.

I don't usually leave reviews, but after staying at Sunrise stable, I felt I had to write one. The place is really nice and located in really great and relaxing area. The comfort and cleanliness was 10/10. I was attending University study week at Holbeach campus and usually would get for a hotel but I am so glad I did not. Regardless of if you are on business trip or holiday break, I highly recommend Sunrise stable! I really don't know why would someone choose hotel over this.
