Absolutely everything. The warm welcome, the bedroom was stylish and spotlessly clean with lovely little touches. The time taken to chat with me. Parking was easy, great location for all of mainland Orkney and island hopping. Beautiful rural views but close to both Stromness and Kirkwall. A very lovely family run business.

Everything, fabulous, clean and beautiful house ideal for everything we wanted as a family group of six and dog. This accommodation and attentiveness of the host was truly exceptional. Easy to find location after a very long journey and close to the ferry terminal on the edge of town. Peaceful and relaxing surroundings for a perfect self-contained holiday experience.

The host were excellent and extremely helpful. The venue had everything needed, it was on a short distance from the ferry and town, but felt like you were in the countryside The bed was super comfy and I slept like a baby. I ran an online meeting from the property and the wfi was excellent. Great stay

The property was amazing! We stayed there with our family for our wedding and we couldn’t be more pleased. The manager & staff were very helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. The manager made up our suite so beautifully with fresh flowers, champagne, chocolates and fruit! Great intimate function room, perfect location with beautiful views and lovely food served!

It was lovely, clean and spacious. It had games and smart tv which kept children happy. Safe and large garden for dog and children to play in. Easy to get about and visit tourist attractions, cafes and shops.

I loved the welcoming atmosphere, the hosts' attention to detail and how helpful, kind and funny they are. They cook a lovely big breakfast, and tidy and clean the rooms regularly. Their hospitality is for kings and queens really. I loved every minute of my stay.

The room sizes were great and it was very clean. We got complimentary local cheese and oatcakes, and tea bags, milk, and sugar were provided, which was a nice touch. The owners were extremely helpful when we had a small issue, and it was resolved as soon as I contacted them. Very friendly owners who didn't hesitate to come out at 12:30am to help us. It has a great size grass area for the children to run around. We loved our stay and would definitely use these cottages again.

Loved the room size (suite 18) and the bathroom was lovely, ginormous shower and bath. Wonderful views of three sets of standing stones. Very nice function room for breakfast. Staff very kind and helpful. Food good quality, limited choice.

breakfast, was normal stuff nothing fancy room good size, clean, adequate for family eating outside in open tent is fun parking is next door, which was a bless !
