We stayed in the sea view double room. The location was excellent, close to the port. Not a lot of choice of nice restaurants to eat at night, we ended up in a local fish and chip restaurant, which for the money was okay.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Certainly! Here's a positive review message for the hotel:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. We traveled with our young toddler, and the team was incredibly accommodating. They even called ahead to ensure we made it to dinner on time, and had a table set with food waiting for us when we arrived a little late. The room was cozy and perfect for our family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
Dinner was not available, the bar was not available. Tried to cancel due to lack of facilities, but refund was refused.
I do not think it is unreasonable to expect a hotel to have some facilities.
Don't be fooled by the picures of a bar etc . . check if going to be open before booking.
Great hotel for the night, excellent evening meal. We had a drink from the bar and sat in the lounge playing board games with our grandchildren in the evening.
