From the welcome when we arrived to the end of our visit everything was just perfect. The little extra touches such as scones cream & jam on arrival and the Epsom salts provided for the bath were so nice.
The room was amazing with a lovely collection of beautiful old furniture and fittings.
Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection.
They went above and beyond even providing a set of cufflinks when my husband forgot his!

The flat was perfect for our purposes. Our son was attending an event in the concert hall, which was just around the corner. You couldn't be more central in Perth than this. The two museums just a stone-throw away and plenty of lovely restaurants, cafes and shops on your door step. The flat itself is in an old house, but very modern. Everything worked, wonderful shower!

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Large room size. Good food in the restaurant and at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. An old hotel has seen better days but functional just the same.
Food excilant staff very friendly.on the day we left myself and my mam both had an upset stomach .if the kitcen is off the breakfast room a child went in which shouldn't be aload
Very clean. The family room was huge. We were made very welcome with our dog. The dinner was amazing. The staff were so nice and accommodating. We loved our stay
Lovely old school hotel. Massive family room. Nice pub food, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. Great breakfast - very happy to adjust for fussy kids. Passed the ‘mushroom test’ (properly cooked mushrooms are a guarantee of a carefully cooked breakfast!). Good value. Stayed with the family en route to Northern highlands, and much nicer and more interesting stay than chain hotel options.
Food - both dinner and breakfast were excellent.
Staff were super efficient, friendly, couldn't have been more helpful.
Family friendly, cosy feel to the hotel.
