We used this hotel for our formal wedding day preparations and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. We wanted to stay in a specific room so that our wedding photos captured the interior design and the reception staff pulled out all of the stops to ensure we had the right room, we could check in as early as 10am and took collection of the flowers.

The restaurant had a different menu to most and I had the Shish Tawook both times we ate in the restaurant because it was so delicious.
They also had a laundry area so you could wash beach towels which was very handy.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We used all 3 restaurants and the food was very good.
Fleur Du Jardin is relaxed and informal with a hint of the unusual. It serves good fresh food and has a private swimming pool in its spacious grounds.

So much fun and lovely staff. Beautiful weather and outside seating. A popular place; good pick for a lone traveller on bus route to town and walking distance to the beach!
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The room was clean and comfortable and very welcoming. The landlady had thought of everything and did lots
of goodies in the bathroom and hot drinks and treats in the bedroom. The inn had a lovely relaxed family friendly feel and they went out of their way to help you have an enjoyable holiday. The food was excellent.
It was close to the Guernsey airport. Staff were excellent and in the morning the breakfast was very good, cooked to order. Our room was accessed by a winding route and up stairs, passing through the children's playroom. This was one of the best we've seen in a long time and looked to be a good way to entertain children while their parents were doing other things. There was plenty of parking.
Our welcome was personal and friendly. We liked our room, which was beautifully presented. The breakfast was excellent. There were all the facilities that we needed and the bar/garden was well maintained and ideal for families and couples. The location enabled you to visit anywhere on the island with ease.
The setting is one of the best and most peaceful on the island. I had long wanted to stay here and was not disappointed. The staff were all charming and helpful. The room was exactly as described, with a balcony and fantastic view over Rocquaine and a powerful shower. Dinner was delicious (crab and cod fishcakes) and the full English breakfast one of the best I have ever had. Nice vibe on the terrace. I paid about £115 b&b which is excellent value. You can pay double that elsewhere on the island to stay in a dump.
Fabulous hotel, part of the Randall's family group. Brilliant staff led by Frankie, Rebecca and Chester 😀
Food is amazing, lobster highly recommended. Camembert starter is definitely one to share! A stay here is like coming home. Highly recommended 👌
The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were over for a family funeral and had the wake there. It was perfect for our small gathering. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - the prepared the buffet, they booked out taxi from the airport and they were willing to help in any way. It made the day so much easier to deal with, knowing that we had the support of the hotel staff. The location of the hotel is a perfectly beautiful location.
Cosy room with a lovely big bed, fantastic food, and helpful, friendly staff. Really handy for the airport in particular. Clearly a family friendly venue. Very popular with locals but quiet as soon as the restaurant is shut so a very peaceful sleep.
The location is perfect. Right next to the beach and there is a little kiosk perfect for an ice cream!
We had a sea view room which was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and the restaurant very attractive to sit in with views of the Cup and Saucer and sea. we were a family of 4 with 2 young children and had a lovely time. Will definitely come back!
