Staff we very attentive and helpful. . Breakfast was really good. All cooked freshly and promptly served with plenty of variety ( some breakfast items may not part of the inclusive room deal ). We requested the room was serviced one morning and returned from breakfast probably less than an hour later to find it absolutely immaculate again which was impressive.
Pool is fairly modest size but busy when we were there and the facility was well maintained.

Everything. Stayed in many hotels around Jersey but this was so much better. The bedroom is spacious and the kitchen area and bathroom are fantastic. The site is impeccable and clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Family oriented. Great facilities for kids. Pool was great. Surfing lessons were brilliant. My kids both loved the kids club. The staff were friendly and a good variety of entertainment each night.
Great hotel, big room, comfortable beds. Easy to get to from St Helier. Entertainment in evening was great, breakfast was fantastic.
Swimming pool area really fun although pool was cold unfortunately.
Great little holiday for the family would go again.
Every as always I mean I'm clueless why this isnt a 4 star hotel as it offers just about anything a family hotel and even if your travelling with friends or alone it has everything from games room, indoor and outdoor pool, flume which is the coolest thing there, entertainment which offers it for kids and adults aswell, the environment when you enter is warm and welcoming and best off the staff are the best here.
The facility is great for family with children especially the pool and arcade room both have provided so much fun to my daughter.
It's also only 10 min walk away from the centre of the town and 5 mins to a beautiful park (you can walk through the park to the town).
Incredible friendly and helpful staff everywhere, much to do in the hotel itself with the beautiful pool and garden area, fitness, large lounge and bar and many different options for dining. Also everything and everyone was very family friendly and sympathetic for a sometimes stubborn toddler.
The facilities were great for a family with young children. In particular, the kids club and evening discos were a huge hit with our children.
