Everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was amazing and the breakfast was brilliant. Dinner was good. location was great could hear the animals in the woodlands at night.

Everything about it. Its was very clean and can tell it is maintained really well , homely and very well decorated. I’m a painter and Decorator so was lovely to see the themes.

Everything. We were greeted by Cindy who made us very welcome and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable. The house and garden are beautiful. We were very well fed from tea and scone when we arrived to an enormous tasty breakfast - with the best hash browns!
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We are really disappointed with our stay, not only constant doors banging and people above being loud every time someone runs a tap the noise in room 14 is so loud that we had no sleep due to being constantly disrupted and then to top it off no hot water. A full refund should be issued considering we were disrupted all night.
We could not eat dinner there as they had functions on, would have been nice to be warned.
Initial room they gave us had shower over bath which I had specially asked for shower cubicle due to knee problems, they changed rooms, then we had to request toliet roll as there were none!
