A great location for visiting attractions in the area. The caravan is perfectly situated in the campsite just opposite the laundrette and bar. The bar offers some nice food and drink. For us the bonus was to be close to the on-site playpark which entertained our toddler. The caravan has plenty of space for the family with a well kitted out kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep.

I brought my three year old daughter for an overnight stay. We had a fantastic time together. Naturally, she adored the pool and it was nice to see other families staying there too. The little touches made the difference such as the kids activity packs and menus.

Good communication with host from point of booking, very clear instructions for check in. Great site including children’s play park, football pitch, pub, and wonderful woodland walk in the surrounding forest. Site shop reasonably priced and stocked with essentials, plus treats for the kids. Beautiful caravan, fully equipped, clean, modern, comfortable, decking area with gate and great location. Great location to go on walks straight from caravan or trip to Derwent reservoir.
