Set in Slaley in the Northumberland region, Labernum Lodge - Springhouse Country Park has a patio. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 35 km from Beamish Museum.

The lodge was beautiful both inside and out. It was very big and had plenty inside. Towels, toilet roll to see you through the first day. I was very weary at first as it was a very reasonable price and I was worried it wasn't going to be what we needed but it was so much more. There was even a washer/dryer machine and dishwasher just to make your stay that bit more homely. Our welcome text made me feel at ease knowing if we needed anything then the owner was just on the other end of the phone.

Great caravan, very spacious, comfortable beds and bedrooms, good size bathroom, clean with all the facilities available. Beautiful area with wildlife which we love, walking trails and a lovely play area for kids. Good launderette on site, which wasn’t overly expensive, which most caravan parks are. Good place to park and lovely decking area with patio doors.

Peaceful location with a lovely view of sheep in the fields behind. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The Continental breakfast was just amazing. Separate breakfast area with the room. With a mini fridge and toaster. Had everything from juice and cereals to fruit and yoghurt, croissants, bread and fruit breads to fruit bars and granola. Perfect stay.

Excellent location in the middle of sheep farms in rural Northumberland. Very quiet and serene. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Around the property, you can hike around the nearby villages and farms. There are several walking trails and public footpaths that you can take to access little rivers and forests. Rooms are decent sized, with a comfortable bed. we slept like logs. Good range of toiletries provided and hot water throughout the day. Breakfast was excellent - mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon, sausages, eggs (your style) and amazing fried bread.

A great location for visiting attractions in the area. The caravan is perfectly situated in the campsite just opposite the laundrette and bar. The bar offers some nice food and drink. For us the bonus was to be close to the on-site playpark which entertained our toddler. The caravan has plenty of space for the family with a well kitted out kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep.

I brought my three year old daughter for an overnight stay. We had a fantastic time together. Naturally, she adored the pool and it was nice to see other families staying there too. The little touches made the difference such as the kids activity packs and menus.
