Mulberry Cottage Farm, hotel in Sandy

A recently renovated campground set in Wyboston, Mulberry Cottage Farm features a garden.

It was nicely furnished with lots of amenities and thoughtful bits. So much in a small space but very comfortable for our group and perfect for what we needed. The setting was lovely too.

Everything. We were greeted by Cindy who made us very welcome and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable. The house and garden are beautiful. We were very well fed from tea and scone when we arrived to an enormous tasty breakfast - with the best hash browns!

Exceptional - comfortable, quiet. Anne Marie and Tracy were very welcoming and friendly, and could not have done more for us. The rooms (we had two) were large, comfortable and had everything we could have needed for our stay. Would like to be able to stay longer, we only booked one night, however, we will be back and will stay longer. We will have to come back to Sandy due to family commitments and will most certainly be booking at Highfield Farm.

The friendly welcome, Anne Marie was a wonderful host. Made me feel hugely welcome and it felt family orientated. The location is close to the A1 but you wouldn’t really know it and it’s a little hidden gem in my view. The room was beautiful and breakfast was perfect, and the chatter/ banter was fun too. Highly recommended.

Home from home! Was made to feel very welcome by the hosts and had a fantastic breakfast. Unfortunately had to leave very early on checkout day due to family situation, but would highly recommend and will return next time I'm in the area.

Had an amazing experience, the staff are very welcoming, especially Sam who greeted us on arrival, Sam has a very warm and likeable personality. We came back to the house after a very mediocre birthday party, Sam invited us to have a drink with his equally lovely family and staff. if you want a value for money stay with exceptional staff then you can’t go wrong staying here. Oh the surrounding woodland and gardens are an added bonus, as is the tea room.

Didn't get to try the breakfast, as although it was a Saturday, it wasn't offered until 09:30 hrs and we had to leave at 08:00hrs, but what was on offer looked great. The location was perfect for us, visiting family in Potton.
