The property was fantastic. We were travelling as an extended family - 4 adults, 2 kids & my elderly mother - & it had everything we could have wanted. There was a games cupboard & a backyard for the kids, & my mum appreciated it being all single level with an easy walk-in shower. The beds were comfy, & the house spacious. Easy drive into town. The lovely local goods left in the fridge for breakfast was a nice touch.

It's a great little place, just a short walk from the Ferry terminal. Their restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday but there was a complimentary bowl of fruit which was a nice touch. I liked that there was a "residents lounge" which, had I stayed more than one night, I would have definitely used it more. It was quiet, comfortable and a safe place to leave my luggage after checking out for the daytime before I got my bus.

We self -catered but our hosts had kindly laid on some basic food items to get us started until we were able able to visit the conveniently located Co-op shop nearby and load up on all the food items we required.
