For sure, the most lasting impression was the almost private breakfast, individually served by the owners, very tasteful, very British, very nice. It is a perfect place which can hold over 6 people comfortably with two bathrooms and comfortable beds. Luxurious, fabulous, fun, and contemporary are 100% accurate for this stay. Tanya is a lovely human who made our stay personable and relaxing. She even made us a reservation for dinner at The Royal Oak pub, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The atmosphere of the retreat is calm and zen. The bed was the most comfortable balance of soft and firm. Drifting off to the sounds of sheep in the field across the street was amazing.
