Booked a family room even though I was travelling on my own. Plenty of space to move around and leave things. No fuss at check in, easy and straightforward. Breakfast was fine, basic but good. No complaints. It all did the job that I needed it to do. Staff were friendly and polite.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It was close to our family, so it was very convenient. The staff are very friendly. The room has everything you need, cleaned every day. This is our second time staying, and we will definitely be back next year. See you all then
Easy check-in and the team kindly let us check-in early as we were attending a wedding near by without further charge. Functional room at a quiet end of the building
Breakfast was fantastic. The staff at this location were excellent. We had a party of 8 other people (family from Basingstoke) join us one night at the restaurant there and the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable evening.
Clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking. Quiet area great for getting our granddaughter to sleep. Was great to have restaurant on site that was open for baby's dinner time.
Enjoyed the buffet style breakfast and also the dinner. Very good value for money

Rooms had decent facilities and a very good internet connection. The sheets appeared clean and tidy on arrival.
The restaurant connected was really good quality and value for money especially with kids. Our servers for dinner and breakfast were both great and made the stay worthwhile and would definitely return to eat here again.
