Booked a family room even though I was travelling on my own. Plenty of space to move around and leave things. No fuss at check in, easy and straightforward. Breakfast was fine, basic but good. No complaints. It all did the job that I needed it to do. Staff were friendly and polite.

Breakfast was fantastic. The staff at this location were excellent. We had a party of 8 other people (family from Basingstoke) join us one night at the restaurant there and the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable evening.

Rooms had decent facilities and a very good internet connection. The sheets appeared clean and tidy on arrival. The restaurant connected was really good quality and value for money especially with kids. Our servers for dinner and breakfast were both great and made the stay worthwhile and would definitely return to eat here again.

Our Evening meal was good, as was breakfast except our grandchildren would have liked the option of cereal rather than toast or full English.
