I have stayed here a few times when visiting my Mum. My stay has always been welcoming, great food and lovely rooms. The staff really care and everything is great value for money. I’m generally on my own and feel very safe and looked after! Even when my cockapoo joins me, she gets treated like a princess 🥰

The breakfast was very fresh in a very cute room with a bay window - lots of homemade types of bread and jams but not much variety otherwise. The owners were welcoming - the beds were comfortable.

Best Western Hotel Hatfield, hotel in Lowestoft

With views across the sea, Best Western Hotel Hatfield offers free parking, a restaurant and a terrace bar.

The location is great. I was able to get a parking place for all except one night. (There was a function at the hotel on that night.) There was plenty of nearby on street parking. The room was comfortable, relative to the price. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. The budget redecoration of the room was bright. The considerable noise from the function downstairs finished promptly at midnight as promised. There was a good choice for breakfast.

The location was excellent. Partial sea view. I booked it because I needed accommodation for 4 ADULTS, with a kitchen and TWO bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, this was appropriate for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children. Property didn’t deliver on its “deluxe”title as per description but does have potential.

The property was clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated. The room was huge which was great for our family and the breakfast provided was generous. Staff were friendly and welcoming - offering to feed the huge fish in the koi pond so our toddler could watch them - and the location was ideal for us. Would highly recommend for a short stay.

Cosy, warm, everything you need in the chalet. Beautiful sea view and also right next to the pool and the bar. Our children loved the little arcade and the park. A special Halloween night at the bar on the Saturday with a live singer, lots of fun and great atmosphere. only 10 minutes drive to Pleasurewood Hills, half an hour to Africa Alive. A big Tesco and Harvester nearby.

Loved everything about the place. After having a really bad camping experience in Yarmouth a few nights before we decided not to cut our break short and come here for a night.......amazing. The family room is amazingly huge, clean and thoughtful. The toys and games they have for the kids to play with is incredibly thoughtful.

The owner was absolutely lovely and answered all of our questions as we'd never stayed in a b&b before! The location was ideal for us as a family, and our children had a great time! The breakfast was fab! So much choice and the full English really set us up for our day!
