Stayed in the mobile home with my friends for the night. The hosts were amazing and so welcoming. Even though there is no electric and toilets in the mobile home, the toilets and showers were very clean and spacious. The lounge was beautifully done and clean. Definitely recommend and will be coming back. The beds were very comfortable and the area is beautiful.

When it is time to hit the hay enjoy a restful night’s sleep in one of our ten individually styled bedrooms. Our bedrooms consist of cosy snugs, luxury rooms, a luxury suite and a family room with modern interior styling that is sympathetic to our Georgian building. Amenities in our bedrooms include flat screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities, superfast WIFI and Bramley products.

Gorgeous location in a quiet Suffolk Village. The building was beautiful and ideally decorated. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good (we were meeting friends elsewhere). Bar was well stocked and staff very helpful. We upgraded and had a beautiful and large room. Bathroom was a little less decadent than the rest of the hotel but clean enough. We used our own toiletries but good to see environmental impact was thought about. TV was odd and difficult to use - usual channels didn't seem available and if we tried Netflix or any of the other apps, none of them worked, so we turned it off and just had music playing on our phones. Comfy bed, and tea/coffee available, so all good. We loved it. *worth mentioning that had we paid full price I would have felt it a little expensive, but I had a Booking.com credit and so actually it felt like a bargain.

The hosts thought of everything and we had more than we needed. We were travelling with a toddler and they had provided a travel cot, high chair and lots of plates/blows/cutlery for her and even a box of toys! The house itself is beautiful and it was spotless when we arrived. There was a lovely hamper of croissants, bread and cereals and butter etc in the fridge. We really couldn't fault this place. Thank you very much!

Gorgeous stand-alone unit, furnished & decorated with flair. Spacious with everything we needed. Outlook onto a lovely peaceful cottage garden with outdoor seating. Perfect for us as we were visiting family in nearby Acton only a 5 minute drive away. Free parking and a short walk down a lane. Joanna was an excellent host - was very helpful and communicated well. Highly recommend.

Well-made wooden lodges with excellent showers and good cooking facilities (sharp knives). The Witch's hut barbecue was a huge hit with the children. The host, Mark, took time to make sure we were settled in and ready. There is lots of space for play, a croquet set, football field and some bikes for loan.

A lovely family run hotel where ALL staff were friendly, helpful & gave the service of the "old" days where nothing is too much trouble for the customer. Dinner & breakfast were tasty & well prepared. Our room was easy to access as requested, warm, clean & comfortable. If you want not 5 star accommodation but perfect affordable stay, we highly recommend the welcome here. Lovely village even on a chilly winter day.

My stay was for my wedding party consisting of my three children, their partners, myself, grandson and family dog. We all had dinner the night before and I only stayed one night whereas everyone else stayed two. None of us could fault anything. The staff particularly made an occasion which could have been stressful relaxed and 100% enjoyable. Can't wait to stay again.
