The inside of the hotel was modern & the rooms were really comfortable, huge tv,black out blinds were a great touch & the shower was spacious & powerful.we didn’t have a lagoon view room which I am glad I didn’t pay the extra for as we were hardly in the room.
The spa was brilliant, really relaxing & perfect touch after a busy few days. All the spa staff were so nice and friendly.
Restaurant staff (a very tall guy with blonde hair & a girl with glasses & short black hair) were attentive & very welcoming & friendly.

The staff are what made the difference for me, I would like to particularly mention Sam who welcomed me every morning during breakfast time, she was an absolute star. Likewise Celyn who made my evenings effortless when reserving a table, ordering dinner, etc., there were times when Celyn seemed to know what I wanted before I knew myself, she too was an absolute star. All other staff were lovely too, and feel free to feed this back to them.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The check out time as terrible its too early 10 AM, we requested to check out by 11 AM but it was refused, with small kids 10 AM check is way to early.
Very spacious - suitable for our needs as a family - we had lodges 8-9 and were very pleased to be next door to each other and right next to the river. If it had been better weather we would have been able to eat outside.
Great lodge in a brilliant location. Property had everything we needed and was a short walk to the local town.
Property was very clean and comfortable and in such a beautiful setting. We had a baby with us and we requested a cot which we received and was pleasantly surprised to find a high chair too which was very handy for us, thank you.
Four large bedrooms with lovely beds and enough bathrooms and toilets. Very clean and great socialising space. Two families with two adults and two children, plus a dog and there was space (and lots of it) for a baby or toddler in a travel cot. The children loved the layout for hide and seek and it was such an easy walk into Llanrwst centre.
The breakfast was amazing, best fried egg I have ever had 😅. Very family friendly. Accommodated with a travel cot for my youngest when requested. Rooms exceeded my expectations. Very reasonable prices. The pillows on the bed were amazing, was like sleeping on clouds. Needed to find out where they were purchased. Best night sleep I've had in a while.
