The welcome, including the 2 small dogs was lovely and after a good chat we were shown to our large and beautifully equipped room.
They even managed at short notice to get us a table at a very busy local pub.
The breakfast was beautiful, all freshly cooked local produce, close to perfect.
My says that the bath was perfect as well.

Me and my dog had a lovely stay at the Brynawel Farm B&B. We have been travelling to different parts for 2 weeks, and this was the best full English breakfast we had during the whole trip. The room was clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. The garden is secure so you can let your dog off lead, and the location is remote in the countryside, which is nice. Very good value for money.

Good town centre location with car park next door, very easy to find. I had dinner in the hotel one evening, traditional pub food, cooked to order and plenty to eat. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and is a good size. Excellent value for money.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The breakfast was delicious and all fresh. The room was a nice size and the welcome was nice and friendly. Will stay again when we visit family close by.
It is a lovely peaceful location and the hosts, Sherry and Rob are very friendly and hospitable. We were invited to cake and tea on arrival, which was very pleasant, we felt like family. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Dressing gowns were provided to go to the private and even more spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
you could be put off by the long pot hole drive from the main rd to the property.you could also be put off by the request to remove your shoes each time you enter the bb but the rooms are quality and the breakfast excellent, our room was described as soundproof but it was not
Lovely spacious room. Hosts were extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us - made us feel like part of their family. They were also very knowledgeable about the local area and we followed up on some of their recommendations for food and places to visit. All were worth the visit.
Found it easily with the directions given. we felt we were treated more like friends/family than guests. Rob, Sherry, Minnie & Munchie were lovely. Fab location- ideal for visiting local attractions.
Absolutely amazing hosts we had an amazing time cant wait to come again in fact we might stay a little longer. Made us feel like members of the family would recommend 1000%
