Everything there that you could want…and more! Excellent communication regarding booking or queries and could accommodate a slightly earlier check-in which was really appreciated. Good location for a visit to Manchester. A lovely quiet room with everything you would expect. Nice bathroom and shower. Lovely breakfast with a wide choice of different cereals, fruit, cooked options and continental food.
The Bay Horse is convenient for Haydock Racecourse, the M6, local train stations, and it is 16 km from Manchester's Trafford Centre. It offers free unlimited WiFi.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. The room and house had very nice decor and in general the house was clean. Liked the use of the kitchen and house facilities. Location for us was good to see family.
Perfect for our stay with children and for visiting family nearby. The property was secure and we were able to park outside.
The house was well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed as a base to stay. The beds were comfortable, the TV had Netflix, and the property had good Wi-Fi.
The host communication was excellent throughout.
The young staff were friendly and helpful as far as the system allowed. Delay in reponse to requests resulted from too few staff. They also needed to arrange for families some with young children evicted from properties.
Attention to cleanliness in the room. Stylish spacious room with large bed and comfy sofa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was travelling with teenage kids and needed two rooms close together which was possible. Great breakfast with loads of choice. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again when back in Manchester visiting family.
