The location was perfect. The rooms were stylish and spacious, with large windows overlooking the green. House is on 5 floors, with a bonus games room and cinema room in the basement.

Lovely house in a very quiet location. Close to the beach with parking for one car. House has everything you need for a stay and the kitchen has labels everywhere which are very useful. Nice external area to sit in the sun. Very comfortable en suite master bedroom with separate bathroom upstairs for the other bedrooms. As good as anywhere we have previously stayed so would thoroughly recommend it. 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk along the promenade to the pier. As Craig Revell Horwood might say "Fab U Lous"

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We had a nice one night stay at Beach Green Hotel in a family room for four. Best feature was definitely the lovely breakfast with vegan/vegetarian options next to traditional English breakfast. Also what surprised us was that in the room we didn't hear any noise from the crowded pub below which was nice. Staff was really friendly and there's is a big garden behind the hotel with sun and shade.

Very friendly polite staff , very welcoming warm hospitality, very clean comfortable property great. Roof terrace I loved every bit of it. The apartment is well located for beach, buses, restaurants and shops and lots of walks for children and dogs. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the hosts and communication were great.
. .Perfect location and proximity to Church for family funeral next day. Patrick met us on arrival after a tiring journey by train from the Midlands... settled us in so that we felt at ease.
Friends from Brighton joined us for an excellent meal at the pub next door. Good night's sleep in comfy bed.. generous breakfast selection available. Patrick agreed to late checkout to coincide with timing of funeral at Holy Family Church Lancing which was helpful.
Incredible location right on the seafront. Apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The sea views are just beautiful, we loved gazing out over the balcony. Perch restaraunt downstairs is great too - good menu, friendly staff and child friendly. We would love to visit again.
