B&B Drum Farm, hotel in Kilsyth

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, B&B Drum Farm is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Stirling, 29 km from Lake of Menteith.

Location was perfect as I was trying to find a firework free place as my dog is terrified of them. Couldn’t believe how much they welcomed dogs, they even allow them in the breakfast area which is great, not many places allow that, they should include that in their package as it’s a big plus

I went with my 5 children aged between 13 and 6. We had the best time there. Kids made friends with the other cabins. There's a unit for playing pool and table tennis. We spent our 3 days there it was so relaxing and peaceful. Definitely recommend it

We stayed 5 adults in a big family room. It was very nice and clean with a great bathroom. The Staff was very friendly. There were a big free parking lot behind the Hotel. The Restaurant at the Hotel is really good with a large menu. We went to the restaurant for both the evenings we stayed. We loved our stay. It was extremely good value for money.

We checked in but didn't stay so cant give this a fair rating as we didnt sleep in the bed or eat any breakfast. I think if you were attending a function at the hotel it would be a good base to stay.

The reception and departure were simple. The receptionist went out of her way to explain all aspects of my stay and also showed me to my room. The room was exactly as described with a lovely view of the canal outside. It was a busy hotel but really quiet, which made for a perfect night's sleep. I ate in the restaurant twice and the food was top quality. The highlight of my time there was the absolute courtesy and politeness of every member of staff. They should be commended just for this.

We stayed at a family room for 6 nights, which was spacious and clean. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food (breakfast and dinners) were sensational, the potions were generous. No wonder the restaurant was always packed. The overall stay was comfortable and cozy. I really regret not booking to stay longer. Will definitely re-visit.

Range of alcoholic non alcoholic drinks, enjoyed special prosecco Cocktail!! . Breakfast had number if choices to suit different appetites. Good family establishment who cater for children and wel behaved dogs. Comfortable surroundings in room quite stylish. Fine aromatic therapy products in made in Scotland of course.
