The flat has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Everything is modern and spacious, and it's a really quiet place (especially considering it's just off Hounslow East High Street). The equipment is superb everywhere - I couldn't find anything missing. Wi-fi fast and free. Owner texted key arrangements on day of booking and communicated well.

The interiors are done nicely and this gives the feel of a luxury apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities as listed. This place is very close to Hounslow central station, which has connections to Heathrow airport and city center. Area felt safe. Shops, restaurants and convenience stores are numerous and close by. Me and my family had a great time here and I fully recommend this place!

I did book family room and when I arrived they give me double bed so we was 1 child and couple whole night was disturbed and next morning I want to travel internationally so no one coprative
Very close to the airport and recommended for a short stay in between flights. The price was fair, and meals were charged separately, which made sense as we came late. The room was large enough for a family of 4 inc young kids. It was pretty clean with hot water and comfortable beds. The receptionists were nice and seemed to care about our feedback when leaving the room. They answered all my questions before my stay. There are 1-2 electric sockets, but bring a UK converter! Flight information is displayed at the reception.
As soon as we walked in, at midnight (with a teenager and 10 year old) staff where friendly and helpful.

We booked 3 rooms and the staff member kindly upgraded one so we could be near each other.
We were in family rooms so could great young children whilst in the hallways but nothing in the room (sound proofing must be really good).
Noise disturbance with room opposite ours during our stay in November resulting in the whole family not sleeping, having two upset and scared children, impacting on our only day in London the next day. Spoke to manager next morning, who was understanding and said the night would be refunded, messaged booking.com and said they were looking into it. I feel like it has been sufficient time to sort but had no resolution hence poor scoring.
We were two families, 5 adults, 4 teenagers and a 9 yr old. The rooms and the facilities were perfect for us, and we all enjoyed our stay. Having the games for the kids was brilliant. We enjoyed the layout downstairs, it was perfect for us.
Very good hotel for staying with the family prior to uk departure at heathrow, very good family rooms, good fun playing the games in the hotel with the children, nice bar area, staff friendly, reasonable stay and car parking costs.
We were a large family group and the facilities were excellent, keeping all the kids engaged and happy. Friendly staff and a modern, clean and "Funky" hotel. Will use again.
