Everything! Even had pizza and drinks downstairs one night and it was perfect.
The staff were amazing, so kind.

The breakfast could have been a little better. A cooked option might have been nice, even the option of a bacon roll but understand facilities are limited. I liked the boiled eggs.

The owner was kind, friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and decorated to a good standard. There was everything you needed, including free WiFi. It's in a good location, walking distance to the sea, shops and restaurants.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It was like being part of the family where Tim came in and had breakfast with us. [And of course Dyllan !]
Such a comefortable place and the bed was great

A real home from home. Lovely hosts who welcomed us with fresh soda bread, eggs, Jam and greek yoghurt. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends & family. .
Remote location within easy reach of Belfast -- away from the bustling city and traffic. Separate garden space and feeding the ducks and chickens was fun.
Everything about Gweebarra was exceptional - from the room to the warm and friendly welcome from Tim, the owner. The rooms are large, clean and luxurious. The house is surrounded by lovely, mature gardens which can be enjoyed outside or from the comfort of your room. Holywood is a beautiful, coastal town and Gweebarra offers easy access to seaside walkways. I would certainly recommend Gweebarra to friends and family interested in staying in Belfast.
Situated in an elevated, quiet location just outside of the town, Rayanne house is within walking distance of everything you need, shops, transport etc., easy, short commute to the city. Quirky, lovely room. Excellent breakfast, huge choice, great produce used. Very helpful staff including purchasing flowers locally for us for a funeral.
We had a wonderful fun time. Tim was a great host and we hope now to consider him a friend. Dylan the dog is a character and we enjoyed him. Breakfast was casual and relaxing. Tea, coffee and buns were available all day.
