Dave was excellent, welcoming, helpful and really nice. Close to Heysham for IOM ferry. Perfect. Good breakfast too. Everything very clean and tidy - excellent.

Staff were very friendly, and we had a comfortable stay. We had an excellent evening meal, and also good choice for breakfast.

Perfect spot can see the park clearly from living room window if you have older children that want to get out my kids loved the pedal karts,double bed in main bedroom could do with being more stable lats fell through from sitting down other than that worth what I paid would stay again for longer if I was travelling 3hr again.
The lodge was spacious and comfortable, well set out and had all we needed for our family of five and one child. The site was convenient for Heysham and Morcam. We had an enjoyable weekend.
It was good for dog walking too.
A real home from home, it’s the little extra touches and the thought that’s gone into the property that makes travelling with 4 young children so much easier. I would love to return for a long weekend without the kids too. The views are stunning and it’s so peaceful
Paid for this booking £300 to then be told by owner that dates were not available as family were staying in there
So immediately contacted booking.com and PayPal for a full refund. Still not been given a penny back. Well nearly two months later. Been well and truly ripped off. Also contacted seller informing them and they just said they've contacted booking.com. not good enough. Someone's benefited from our £300 pounds. This is not acceptable,. Steer clear!!
The house is really beautiful, can tell it has been refurbed to a highs spec. Had everything we need for a small family with a toddler. We visit Heysham regularly as we have family there so we will definitely be booking again. Like a little home from home 😊
Also thank god for remote locks, my partner decided to leave the car keys in the house just as we were leaving and I had locked up, thankfully Steve answered the phone and managed to open the lock for me to get them 🙈
We're a family of 6. We found this location an Absolutely amazing place and great communication with the owners.
The kitchen was well stocked. The bedding was fresh. The kids got to play uno for the first time and are now obsessed with it so much so we got them their own cards on our way home.
The heating worked better than our house.
The place was immaculate and we'll definitely be returning. Thank you Elaine
