Stayed in the mobile home with my friends for the night. The hosts were amazing and so welcoming. Even though there is no electric and toilets in the mobile home, the toilets and showers were very clean and spacious. The lounge was beautifully done and clean. Definitely recommend and will be coming back. The beds were very comfortable and the area is beautiful.

When it is time to hit the hay enjoy a restful night’s sleep in one of our ten individually styled bedrooms. Our bedrooms consist of cosy snugs, luxury rooms, a luxury suite and a family room with modern interior styling that is sympathetic to our Georgian building. Amenities in our bedrooms include flat screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities, superfast WIFI and Bramley products.

Gorgeous location in a quiet Suffolk Village. The building was beautiful and ideally decorated. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good (we were meeting friends elsewhere). Bar was well stocked and staff very helpful. We upgraded and had a beautiful and large room. Bathroom was a little less decadent than the rest of the hotel but clean enough. We used our own toiletries but good to see environmental impact was thought about. TV was odd and difficult to use - usual channels didn't seem available and if we tried Netflix or any of the other apps, none of them worked, so we turned it off and just had music playing on our phones. Comfy bed, and tea/coffee available, so all good. We loved it. *worth mentioning that had we paid full price I would have felt it a little expensive, but I had a Booking.com credit and so actually it felt like a bargain.

In the Suffolk countryside, between Bury St. Edmunds and Sudbury, this beautiful 15th-century building offers 4-star accommodation and a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes for its fine food.

Lavenham is one of the best-preserved Tudor villages in Britain, and The Swan Hotel & Spa is perhaps one of England's finest historic hotels. The building has been carefully restored and beautifully renovated, with ancient oak beams, large open fireplaces and a minstrel gallery.

The staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I don't think they knew the word 'no'

The property was indeed in a lovely village, which we enjoyed walking round. There was a good amount of communal space, games, and the children loved the pirate box. It was amazing to have a grand piano in good tune, plus a guitar and ukulele. We have never stayed anywhere with those, and four of our family play at least one, so that was great.

We were heading down from the NW of England to the Latitude festival and needed somewhere an hour away from the festival to stay the night before. Waldegrave farm was a great little find very close to Bury St Edmunds, in a beautifully rural spot. Has a real family feel about the place. Would highly recommend to everybody
