We had a lovely night in the apartment at Laurel House. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the apartment was clean, very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need and more!

Comfortable bed and good amenities. Free car parking permit sorted for me and I was able to park outside the property. So close to the centre of Cheltenham with fabulous restaurants and shops.

The apartment was very well designed with everything a couple would need, all in a small space. The host was very welcoming and it was a nice touch to provide fresh milk in a jug in the fridge and a new pack of ground coffee for our use. The apartment was in a quiet residential cul de sac within walking distance of central Cheltenham. Having a parking space in front was extremely convenient and though we didn't use it, there was use of a table and chairs (with vase of sunflowers) in the garden area outside. The apartment though attached to the house felt private. The bathroom had a very good electric shower with a wide and open cubicle which felt very spacious. We'd use this accommodation again if we need to come to Cheltenham. The wifi was good too, both for leisure needs and for my partner's remote working for a couple of days. Kitchen equipment, stove, crockery etc etc all good, including cafetière and teapot.

Really spacious accommodation which was lovely and clean. Very comfy beds and some cool tech in there too. Wifi was fast and it had a great location. Hosts were quick to respond via message and made contactless checkin super easy.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Perfect location for visiting local family but it would also be brilliant for sight-seeing, town etc.
The hosts were SO nice and very keen to help. Lots of lovely treats were there for us and everything regarding rubbish, recycling, operation of gadgets (Alexa etc), TV and appliances was clearly explained in the info folder.
We just booked a room but the bathroom was just neet door so no problem. Not a large room but was as described. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the place was lovely and clean. Very good value for money as it was the week of Cheltenham races.
On arrival - surprised to see it was not a hotel as implied in advertisement, but a semi-detached house. No-one available to contact, no reply to phone calls. Booking.com very helpful, but unable to make any contact with the accommodation owner.
Cannot comment on room, bed, breakfast, as we didn't enter the property. Booking.com very kindly cancelled my booking and I have received a full refund.
We got to the location. It doesn't exist
There's a house with that address that is a building site. I have no idea how it got on booking.com. The owner doesn't answer his phone. I was lucky enough to get a refund from booking.com and chose not to stay in the area after that.
The hosts were genuinely the best people I have ever met. It was so much fun talking with Rob and Matt and sharing there experiences. They have the best travel tips, food suggestions and most welcoming entry drinks. 8 mins drive into the city, the house is perfectly located. Can't wait to go back.
Did not stay in the room it was not as described It was a room in a block of flats situated on a busy main road. There was no one there to meet us and we did not know where to find the place as the postcode given just took us on to the main road. After ringing the owner we had a look at the flat only to find that it was shared with two other people and the key was to be found under the mat.
