EVERYTHING !!!. We can't wait to come back. The lodge was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. It's like home from home. All the staff, check-in, was smooth. Peaceful location within a pine forest. We had great weather for walks in and around the forest and fields. Starry skies at night lay in hot tub. Lodge was immaculately presented with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Bath robes and slippers provided (nice little touch). Definitely going to be visiting again. 15 mins to get into York if you leave early enough.

All of it. The lodge was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The Hollicarrs site is very peaceful and the layout very good. Lovely to see the rabbits and a hare jumping around in the long grass.
