Very clean, comfortable and lovely location. Every member of staff we met was helpful and very friendly. We stayed with our 6 year old grand daughter and she was given a goodie bag on arrival with activity sheets and crayons. There were games available and colouring sheets and pencils for the children to use in the restaurant. Very child friendly and welcoming hotel.
Excellent! I can honestly recommend this hotel for families of all sizes and kids. Everything was perfect. All the staff are excellent and go out of the way to make you feel welcome. Wouldn’t mind going again there. Thank you everyone for making it special for us.
Good family room, comfy beds, very clean. Staff were great for the most part.
Lovely location by the canal.
Pool great for the young kids, small but a welcome benefit.
Fire alarm went off around 4.30am but appeared to be a false alarm. No details of what happened were forthcoming for security reasons but this was not the fault of the staff. They opened up the conference building to let us in out of the cold which was a nice touch, especially with young kids. Letter of apology was received in the morning also.
