The caravan in dirty , kitchen staff is with mud and dust . Sofa bed very very old and dust . All over it’s a dirty mess caravan I have been found ! And very small.

    I never got to use the room as it was not as the photograph and am still waiting for a refund which the hotel said was being held up by booking.com but booking.com says it’s down to the hotel to refund me now.

    i feel the property description is false no spa working and restaurants not been open at all so we went on false description and really want my money back i was told i couldn’t have another pillow had a double room with 2 single beds put together breakfast was disgusting didn’t touch it was help yourself cheap ham hard crumpets all looked stale was worst place iv ever been to nothing like described feel we was given false info to book

    Everything was so nice. From all the friendly staff to our room. We booked last minute and had a superior room that was well worth the extra money. We would love to go back and have already recommended to friends and family

    this was a scam when I got to the property no one was there was told by care taker it’s a scam happens all the time spoke to someone at booking. com for refund still waiting for it. not a good experience at all

    absolutely nothing, couldn’t face staying in this hotel so paid to stay somewhere else. would not refund my money. I blame booking.com for selling me this deal. been ripped off. unfortunately I will not be using them again.
