Great B&B set In beautiful surrounds. We loved the swimming pool and clean well equipped room with comfortable bed. Staff were very kind and friendly. They re-opened the pool for us after we arrived in the evening after a long drive.

On arrival we were greeted by Sonia, who was lovely & friendly & showed us to our room.
Our room was beautifully presented it smelled lovely & clean with beautiful white bedding. Beds were VERY comfy.
The breakfast was delicious & plenty to choose from (hot or cold option).
The hotel is in a great location, everything within walking distance.
Gifty was an absolutely wonderful host & we look forward to seeing her again.

The rooms were very lovely and clean. You had everything you needed. Nick was there to meet us and was very polite and kind and showed us around and advised how long he would be about if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. A very small walk into the centre where all the amusements are and the leisure centre so everything you need on hand

Interesting building, friendly and helpful staff. We were staying for a family funeral nearby. Very hardworking staff and excellent buffet for the Wake afterwards. Excellent breakfast next morning. The lady working on the bar in the evening really looked after us well.
The location was excellent for us visiting family. It does what it says on the tin. Sadly we had to leave early due to one of my babies being unwell. So I didn't get the most out of my stay. I would use the facilities again if I was coming without my small children. There is a baby gate is provided for the bottom of the stars, which is excellent.
The stay was lovely & peaceful. The host Neil was friendly and provided extra equipment for our babies. A cotbed and high chair. We will most definitely stay again when visiting our family in Yorkshire. Views, horses and seeing the sunset from our room was an extra bonus.
yes really nice caravan all mod cons clean great meet to go in and leaving the caravan ,everything you needed luverly surroundings .would be nice if you got kids,big family tv in rooms dvd on suite was nice ,lots of decking plus parking .very clean ,having bedding ect is a bonus ,park staff nice ,dog friendly ,did have nice electric fire which helped
Compact but functional. As described. Didn't see any staff. Key in keylock. Heating good as was hot water in shower. OK for one night but too small for longer in my view
The accommodation was very clean & modern. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work properly, unfortunately all the Chanel’s had no signal apart from 1&2, thank goodness we took our fire stick. Also a little disappointing that there is no gate on the outside area so a little unsafe for small children & families with dogs.
The location and how amazing the owners are with you nothing is too much trouble.

We were over for a family funeral and only a brief 1 night stay. The hosts were great in their communication regarding checking in etc.
The property is lovely. It has a parking spot 10 yards from the door. The house was immaculate. Breakfast provisions provided and a nice coffee machine too.
All appliances worked perfectly and everything was immaculate.
Should I need to stay in drffiield again I won't look anywhere else unless this house is not available.
