Charlotte the receptionist was not only very helpful, she was extremely, friendly, the room was lovely very clean and lovely furnishings and the bed was amazingly comfortable, best night sleep ever. Breakfast was brilliant and the owners hospitality, conversation and care was fantastic. Can’t wait to visit when the spa opens next year.

Place was exceptionally clean. Amazing home, beautifully renovated. Hosts were very understanding and very welcoming.
We were playing a festival in Oldham (we are a rock band!), and we found this place and booked it due to the price.
For so cheap, you expect a dump. But it's far from it. The welcoming pack was a great addition, the biscuits are lovely!

The customer service from the owners of the accommodation were amazing from the get go. From The location, the layout of the house, to the decor and interior everything was absolutely stunning. This would be our go to for a getaway home in the countryside. Amazing and peaceful settings.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Quiet farm location but not too far to get into village. We went there to do specific walks and was able to achieve what we wanted. Lovely place to relax after completing our walks. Nigel and Abigail were excellent hosts. This is a working farm with lots of animals and machinery, therefore children would need to be supervised.
